Booking Procedure

Room availability queries and bookings shall be directed to info@hotel78maldives.com. It must be noted that all bookings are subject to written confirmation from h78 Maldives.  We request our guests to send their arrival details so that we may pick you up upon arrival and if possible let us know details of the next leg of your journey for example to the resort so that we may coordinate with them and get your transfer details for you.

Contact Helpdesk

In case there is difficulty in finding our representative at the airport, kindly contact us directly at +960 335 7878 at the information counter at the airport. The helpdesk provides 24/7 assistance in transporting our guests from the airport or will drop any other point which guests required and airport personnel at the information counter will assist you as needed.

Departure arrangements

In case you have a flight out of Maldives you will be transported back to the airport at least 3 hours before your flight time by hotel car to ensure there is enough time for check-in. In case you are traveling through/at a local island from ferry service or speedboat, please ensure arrival to the point 30 minutes prior to the vessel departure time and to advise us of the time you wish to book the transport with us.
