Nazim, with his decades long experience in business is an expert on problem solving and is a visionary in how to drive the business forward, he is instrumental in the upward growth of the business and he continues to be the guiding force for the younger members of the family in how to sustain and grow the business.

Being an excellent chef with over 20 years in management afa ensures that h78 culinary provisions are up to standard. She is instrumental in keeping the family unit together as we work together towards the same goal.
Vuly Nazim
Co-founder / MD
Passionate about sharing her Maldivian culture with h78 guests, from ensuring there are touches of local art in the hotels to making sure that delicious Maldivian food is featured on the menu and buffet, she uses her knowledge of customer service obtained from her 15 years working in the hospitality tourism sector in various roles in management and on board level, in the Maldives and in the UK to craft the customer experience at h78 and over looks the financial and HR aspects of the hotels.

Having worked in the tourism in industry in UK, Slovenia and the Maldives, Rok bring his extensive knowledge of over 20 years in customer service to h78 with his 'customer first' outlook to always ensure that every aspect of the customer experience is a satisfying one. His focus is always to ensure that the guest journey remain smooth and aims to elevate the experiences with continuous improvements to the operations.
